CENTERSCAPE currently owns and manages more than 240 properties operated by Europe’s leading food retailers. These are long-term leased, prime retail properties with a modern design, located in highly visible and easily accessible locations with excellent demographics in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic. We serve 100% of the Lighthouse portfolio of 15 supermarkets in Germany in the role of sole lender.
