arriere-promoting & fair trainee program
The trendence Institute GmbH has honored us annually since 2016 for our “fair & career-promoting” trainee program.
In close cooperation with the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, the “Süddeutsche Zeitung” and other cooperation partners from the private sector, the private sector, the trendence Institute GmbH has been examining the content and quality of the surveys conducted by trainee programs offered by the company. The award is given to companies that are committed to high-quality programs and that accordingly.
We have actively sought this quality mark and fulfill the requirements.
- Trainee programs are an elementary component of our company’s talent and succession management and are gearedtowards long-term collaboration in an expert or management function.
- Trainees take on responsible tasks right from the start and are supported by experienced managers.
- During our programs, trainees pass through several areas of the company, complete learning measures (such as specialist and behavioral training) and are an active part of our network.
- Remuneration and duration are commensurate with the learning content and development goals of our trainee programs.
- We ensure the quality of our trainee programs through internal and external evaluation measures.
