As part of our resource management, we continuously implement measures to reduce our carbon footprint at all emission levels. Through targeted strategies and investments, we aim to achieve a sustainable reduction in our environmental impact.

The promotion of diversity is at the heart of our multifaceted HR work and is a permanent key topic in our strategy, as the recognition and appreciation of all employees is our top priority. The topic of equality has been permanently anchored in a company agreement and is constantly being promoted by our two equal opportunities officers.
Responsibility
We continuously support charitable causes by making regular donations to various NGOs. At the same time, we promote the voluntary commitment of our employees and the Works Council in order to strengthen the involvement and success of their initiatives. For example, our employees have the opportunity to volunteer on working days. In response to the war in Ukraine, we actively supported our employees’ initiative to collect donations and transport relief supplies. Through this committed participation, we not only want to communicate our values to the outside world, but also make a positive contribution to social coexistence.
