EDU Duckwitz – retail park in a thriving region of northern Germany
The EDU retail park is located in the south-west of Bremen. Thanks to its position at the junction of two major transport routes and excellent public transport links, the retail park has an attractive catchment area.
Project details
The EDU Duckwitz retail park is located around four kilometres from Bremen city centre. It was built in 1983, has been continuously modernised, and comprises a lettable area of just under 46,000 square metres. Its prominent tenants include Hornbach, Marktkauf, ALDI, Fitness First and dm-drogerie markt.
As part of a revitalisation, targeted ESG investments are being made. These include photovoltaic panels, electric charging stations and LED lighting.
