As a decision-maker, you can use it to conveniently check the financial status of your company and approve prepared payments from anywhere and at any time using your smartphone or tablet: You can access all your accounts via the EBICS security standard – and, if you wish, accounts at other banks too.

How to set up your HCOB Banking App
You can download the app at any time from the Apple Appstore and Google Play.
In order to use the full range of functions of the HCOB Banking App, as a customer of Hamburg Commercial Bank please request your access data for the app from HCOB Banking App Support. Mobile EBICS access to Hamburg Commercial Bank is required to use the app.
As soon as EBICS access to Hamburg Commercial Bank has been activated in the HCOB Banking App, access to other credit institutions can be set up.

You can download the banking app from the Google Play Store if you are using a device with an Android operating system. If you use an Apple device, you can download the banking app from the App Store.

You can set the receipt of push notifications according to your individual needs directly in the banking app.
To do this, please carry out the following steps: Menu “More > Configuration > Manage notifications”.
You can then select the respective EBICS bank access and activate/deactivate the various push notifications.
