Together with DVS , we offer our customers the opportunity to digitise their guarantee business and process it via DVS’s central Guarantee Vault platform. From the application to the issuance of sureties and guarantees to the release of the guarantee – end-to-end digitalisation across the entire value chain delivers improved and faster processes, greater legal certainty and significant cost savings.
The multi-connectivity enables all parties involved, whether client, beneficiary or bank, to use the platform as a direct communication channel. Clients benefit from a simple digital application process via a web interface or API. Applications are submitted using a standardised form, and the entire life cycle of a guarantee is mapped digitally and efficiently. Thanks to real-time access, customers can keep track of their guarantee positions and credit lines at all times. Beneficiaries benefit from fast access and centralised management and overview of legally compliant, digitally stored guarantees (digital vault), while the highest security standards (ISO 27001, GDPR-compliant) ensure the protection of sensitive data.
