Professional experience
Jan Lerch heads one of our two sales teams for commercial real estate financing and has been with Hamburg Commercial Bank since 2019. Prior to this, he gained 14 years of experience at various banks in national and international real estate financing. He began his professional career with traditional banking training, followed by part-time studies at the
Frankfurt School and postgraduate studies in real estate economics at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel. A stay abroad in London shaped his international perspective and prompted him to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the British professional association for real estate experts.
