Sustainable transformation and repositioning as a life sciences campus
The historic commercial centre, which was once the headquarters of the German light bulb manufacturer OSRAM, consists of seven buildings. This listed complex in Berlin’s Wedding district comprises around 65,000 square metres of commercial space.
Project details
Thanks to their high ceilings, load-bearing floor slabs and integrated freight elevators, the listed buildings are ideal for use in the sciences. Feldberg Capital is transforming the commercial complex into a state-of-the-art life sciences hub in accordance with comprehensive ESG standards.
