GARBE Industrial Real Estate GmbH, headquartered in Hamburg, is one of the leading providers and managers of real estate in the logistics, light industrial and technology sectors in Germany. We handle 100% of the logistics portfolio at the Coswig, Giengen, Harsum, Langenhagen and Wörth locations as the sole lender.
Project details
The portfolio has a market value of more than EUR 150 million. The properties are in GARBE’s own portfolio and were built between 2021 and 2022. Four of the properties are equipped with a photovoltaic system. For more than 30 years, the company has been one of the most important independent partners for transport and logistics service providers, trade and the manufacturing industry. GARBE develops, buys, sells, lets, manages and finances high-quality commercial real estate in attractive national and international transportation and industrial locations. With around 6.5 million square meters of rental space and a project development pipeline of around 1.9 million square meters in Germany and Europe, GARBE currently manages properties and fund assets worth around EUR 10 billion (as at 31 December 2023).
