Project details
Averon Park is managed by Foresight, a London-based investment manager founded in 1984 and listed on the London Stock Exchange with AUM of GBP 12.4 billion (as of December 31, 2023). The energy and infrastructure team consists of 100 professionals managing more than 300 assets across a variety of sectors, including solar PV, onshore wind, bioenergy, waste, energy efficiency, social and core infrastructure.
Hamburg Commercial Bank provided Averon Park with a GBP 75 million fund facility and assumed the role of mandated lead arranger, facility agent and security trustee. The fund facility can be utilized for a variety of purposes, thus supporting Averon Park in their investment and cashflow requirements.
