Hamburg Commercial Bank participates in financing for Inland Terminals Group
GERMANY/HAMBURG – Hamburg Commercial Bank AG (HCOB) is supporting Inland Terminals Group (ITG) as lead arranger in a €160 million financing package, arranged jointly with a consortium of international banks. HCOB also served as facility & security agent for the
transaction. ITG is the largest inland container terminal operator in the Benelux countries and offers comprehensive container logistics services to a broad customer base. The network of 17 terminals is located on major inland waterways, all connected to the ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp. Infrastructure investor Infracapital formed the company in 2021 with the acquisition of BCTN’s inland terminal operations.
